Structured data
A machine-readable description of who we are and what each page is, for search engines and AI agents.
What it is
A small block of data in each page, in the shared schema.org vocabulary, that tells machines what a person reads: the company's legal name and registration number, its address and email, and what the page is.
An agent that reads only this data gets the same identity a person sees.
Why it matters
- Rank 6 of 100 in the TrooIDs channel ranking, with a score of 7.2.
- Both models put it in the top class: 80% or more of companies would open it.
- When an AI agent runs this channel, both models agreed it also does the work of: open data and public datasets, Linked Data endpoints.
- See how the ranking works.
What TrooIDs built
A checker that verifies the structured data before a release, built and tested on our test copy of the site:
- every page has readable data in the schema.org vocabulary, with real types and properties;
- the data matches the visible page: address, language, the answers to the questions;
- the pages form one consistent whole whose links resolve.
Proof status, in three parts
- Live on this site: you can check it on trooids.com now.
- Fixture: built and tested with sample data on our test copy of the site; it is not running on trooids.com.
- Architecture: designed or required, not built here yet. Items marked "Owed" are still to do.
Live on this site
- Every page in the sitemap publishes readable schema.org data: 17 of 17 checks on trooids.com, 21 October 2026.
- The data matches what a person sees (31 of 31 checks), and an agent reading only the data gets the legal identity the page shows (5 of 5).
Fixture
- The release-time checker above: 28 of 28 build obligations met (status 28 October 2026).
Architecture
- Owed: these channel pages are newer than the 21 October check; they carry the same kind of data, but the check has not been run on them yet.
- Not proven: whether a search engine or an agent actually uses the data. That is their choice.
