Digital DNA: one real problem, one practical walkthrough
Three minutes, two hosts: the founder's voice and a synthetic co-host, talking through the agency conflict, the Agent of One and the permission workbench that runs live on this site. Made from this site's knowledge bundle; every factual line maps to a source file.

How this episode was made — and what it proves
- Voices. Host A speaks with the founder's voice: a licensed synthetic American-English voice, converted locally to his timbre from his own recording (his consent; every take carries a provenance watermark). Host B is a licensed synthetic preset voice. Neither host is a recording of a person other than the founder, and no voice was cloned from another product's hosts.
- Picture. The two hosts at one table are generated images: host A made from the founder's own photo (his consent), host B a synthetic person. Each is animated from the episode audio with HeyGen Avatar IV (a paid plan that allows commercial use), and the two are joined into one scene. It is not a recording of a real conversation.
- Chapters. The current topic appears as a card between the hosts; when the conversation moves on, it shrinks into a chapter list on the right, and a line along the bottom shows how far the episode has come. The cards are rendered with HyperFrames (HTML to video) from the same chapter data as the transcript.
- Words. The dialogue was drafted from this site's knowledge bundle, edited by hand, and every factual line carries a source id (transcript.md). Status claims are the site's own: architecture, designed; what exists today is this site, the bundle, the workbench and a contact facility.
- Pictures. Speaker cards, source-backed diagrams and captions, rendered locally; no stock footage.
- Proof. The episode files are listed in this site's signed manifest like every other file, so the verifier checks them in your browser. Measurements of the production run (word error rate of the synthesised speech against the script, durations, sizes) are published with the release under /evidence/.
The transcript, captions and measurement files are published in English only.
